    Channel and Technology Manager

    About the Job
    Specificity and Role Expectation

    • Reporting to the Omni-Channel Manager, the Channel and Technology lead drives the business by co-ordinating, optimising and integrating all channel campaigns
    • The Channel and Technology lead is responsible having a customer centric approach to execution to deliver curated content, including marketing automation, websites, apps, email, and other omni-channel activity.
    • The Channel and Technology lead is responsible for ensuring channel and system integration with consolidated data outcomes
    • The Channel and Technology lead interacts with the Zone technology/ ITS and data streams to ensure compliance with global standards and processes

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure that customer feedback is gathered, and information is used to prepare targeted and curated content for better personalised experience
    • Manages and communicates gaps and updates in the monthly promotional plan and activity calendar
    • Provides feedback on campaign and activation briefs
    • Proactively drives protocol, KPI’s and adherence to strategy
    • Ensures that the customer plans and journeys are transferred into quarterly cycle plans that deliver the quarterly go to market ambition.
    • Ensures the implementation of the omni-channel plans aligned to the quarterly objectives and KPI’s
    • Enable end-to-end technical development of campaign workflows and journeys
    • Development of responsive rep-triggered & head office emails (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
    • Technical Development, Design and Proofing of creative assets using key ITS tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Stensul (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects)
    • Supports Omni-Channel manager and other stakeholders to scope and launch new channels, consent collection methods and systems & processes to further empower the business
    • Is responsible for UAT, training, support, communication, and optimization of all channels
    • Monitor and manage activity on all relevant channel and platforms systems and tools – including external third party platforms
    • Responsible for loading and management of content on the applicable systems including Remote detail aids and Rep triggered e-mails
    • To provide extensive analysis across all omni-channel activities (MCE Control Room, Google Analytics, Third party channel analytics) and proactively recommend actions to optimize current assets and/or campaigns for improved outcomes (Website, Email Marketing, WhatsApp, Third party platforms )
    • Deliver reports and analysis on activation plans, associated spend and resulting return on investment to the Omni-Channel Manager, Performance manager and other stakeholders

    Key Skills

    • High Technical Proficiency, technical and development understanding
    • Experience of project management frameworks and techniques
    • Experience of working collaboratively in a matrix structure.
    • A flexible and innovative mindset, willing to adapt to the ever changing world of Omni-Channel communication
    • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
    • Experience of developing and implementing solutions in partnership with the cross-functional teams/IT
    • Performance mind-set with a results orientated approach
    • At least two years experience working in a similar role.
