Job Description

• To conceptualize, formulate, and execute the product development strategy. The candidate must be capable of driving the channel and supporting the Private Advisors.

Are you someone who can:

• Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients (optimising revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clients· Achieve required Cost to Income for the Channel.
• Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency in the Channel.
• Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service· Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME's, project managers and senior staff members.
• Advise specialists on target management.
• Active involvement in the planning and presentation of the Channels budget.
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant Channels objectives and targets.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Banking, Lending, Investment and insurance, Financial Planning, Wealth Management, and client facing environment.
• 4 years of leadership experience is required.
• Relevant NQF Level 8 FSCA recognized qualification - Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, BCom Honours in Investment or Risk Management.
• Must be FAIS fit and proper.
• Completed RE5 essential and RE1 would be an advantage.
