The SUIT Intern role is essential in assisting with Eliminating Waste and Loss according to the UMS prioritization process using AM, PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies
Process and Organizational Design. Ensure factory lines and processes are optimally resourced (e.g. manpower ratios are efficient and sustainable)
Create Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line. (e.g. Center lining)
SUIT intern will be exposed to activities that will enhance their Project Management skills, Engaging key stakeholders and driving the change management process
Follow SOP procedures as needed within the operation assigned to
Conform to all site rules governing safety of self and others, quality and code of business principles
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Completed Degree or National Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Use of computer software programs – Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is essential
Good communication skills both written and verbal – proficient in English
