    Minimum requirements
    Qualifications requirements

    • Relevant Master’s degree (e.g., MBA / MBL / Engineering / Aviation / Transport Economics / Public Administration or related qualification).
    • Additional certification in Governance / Leadership / Aviation Management / Air Traffic Navigation Services or related certification is advantageous

    Experience requirements

    • Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience in a large complex organisation/s, including experience of reporting to or working with the Board of Directors.
    • A proven track record of leading a complex, safety-critical, or regulated organisation through strategic transformation.
    • The incumbent will be based at the ATNS offices currently in Bruma. Applicants will be subjected to various types of assessments that include interviews, psychometric assessment, vetting, etc.
