Chief Financial Officer – Private Equity Investments

The investment markets are progressively opening up across SA and the rest of Africa and our client seeks to accelerate their buy side, sell side and fund raising activity. We are looking to secure an experienced CFO with extensive experience gained either within Private Equity, Investment Holdco’s or a highly acquisitive corporate environment.

In this role you will work directly with the Board, CEO and Chief Investment Officer to structure, implement and monitor the performance of investments across the portfolio. In addition you will have some board seats on portfolio companies and will lead the fund raising and structuring of funding lines to support the growth of this investment platform.
