•  A pioneering NPC with an impactful group structure is seeking a strategically minded, sustainability-focused Chief Financial Officer to lead their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.
• This role goes beyond finance. It focuses on building scalable systems, supporting teams operationally, and contributing to both strategy and hands-on execution. Growth opportunities depend on the candidate’s skills and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring transparency and long-term sustainability.
• Support leadership teams with financial and operational tools, strengthening day-to-day effectiveness and confidence.
• Develop and oversee systems that drive efficiency, accountability, and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with the CEO and team on new site rollouts, infrastructure initiatives, and practical problem-solving.
• Test and refine approaches to scaling while safeguarding quality and affordability.
• Contribute to organisational strategy, with potential growth into broader COO responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified CA(SA) or CGMA
• 5 years of minimum experience working in a managerial/leadership role
• Exposure to non-profit environments is beneficial
• Skilled in building systems and processes to enhance efficiency
