Appropriate qualification that allows for the required registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in Occupational Therapy. Registration with the HPCSA in Occupational Therapy.
A minimum of 3 years appropriate experience as an Occupational Therapist after registration with the HPCSA. The following will be an added advantage: Experience in managing a sub-section. Must be able to organise workshops.
Duties :
Assessment and treatment of in and outpatients in the designated subsection. Management of the designated subsection. Evaluate of staff and students. Contribute to research activities.
Management of Human Resource and Financial component in the subsection. Draw up treatment programs and protocols in subsection. Good clinical skills in the subsection
