    Chief Operations Officer

    CrewBloom is seeking Chief Operations Officer. As a COO, you will be responsible for the overall strategy of their Operations team. Your main goal is to grow relationships with existing clients and partner with other executives to ensure expansion goals are achieved.     Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture strong, positive client relationships with clients, while looking for channels to grow.

    • Communicate, outline and implement strategies and forecasting effectively to different departments and support them in achieving agreed-upon goals.

    • Draft and execute business plans for new markets and expansion of existing markets. Overall development of business operations, broadening CrewBloom’s global presence. 

    • Track weekly client forecasts against revenue targets.

    • Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all operations departments are defined and understood.

    • Draft and execute more effective processes for vendor evaluations, selection, implementation, and migration. 

    • Oversee the operations department to ensure a fiscally responsible operation. This includes preparation of cost analysis for new business ventures, entailing labor costs, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.

     

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study

    • At a minimum, 8+ years of managerial experience in a BPO work environment. Related outsourcing operations experience in a global setup is required.

    • Documented experience growing an outsourcing company with at least 10MM in revenue as its COO.

    • Prior experience in client-facing, enterprise account management working directly with C-level client contacts.

    • Excellent understanding of managing account financials and ability to do projections, manage costs, and profitability directly. 

    • Strong general management experience including operations, human capital, business development, and financial management.

    • Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients.

    • Possession of deep industry knowledge and technical ability, a broad network of established relationships, and a respected reputation as a dynamic operator and leader in the outsourcing space.

    • Mergers and acquisitions experience is a plus

     

    System Requirements

    • At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup

    • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup

    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption

    • A webcam

    • Noise-canceling USB Headset

    • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office

    • Smartphone
