Grade 10-12 or equivalent qualification. No experience required. The candidate must have problem solving skills, good interpersonal relations and sound communication skill.
Ability to work under pressure and ability to perform routine tasks. Must be prepared to work, weekends and public holidays. Previous EPWP experience will be an added advantage.
Duties :
Cleaning of exterior and interior areas e.g. cleaning bathrooms, showers, offices, wards, passages and waiting areas. Dust, wash scrub and polish floors walls, windows, stairs, fire escapes, side walls, cleaning of medical equipment’s, fridges, clean all spillages. Clean, wash, dust, empty bins and remove waste including medical waste and adhere to health care waste management policy.
Demonstrate sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) principles and practices. Be prepared to rotate within the scope of work and assist in laundry duties. Serving meals and cleaning utensils. Perform any other duties as delegated by the supervisor
