Cleaning Supervisor at Huntswood

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of cleaners in their assigned task.
• Undertake cleaning duties
• Plan out work schedule for cleaners and update monthly shift roster
• Inspect work done by cleaners and prepare and submit daily cleanliness report.
• Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
• Identify training needs and train cleaners on service standards
• Monitor and maintain cleaning material & refreshment stock level and re-order materials
• Support the management of catering for client/internal lunches
• Prioritize and undertake day-to-day administrative duties

Job Required Requirements:

• National senior certificate – Grade 12
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same or similar role
