Duties and Responsibilities    

• Resolve queries regarding short deliveries, returns and price differences with Customer.
• General administration duties.
• Any other debtor related functions where needed.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve queries.
• Releasing shorts and returns.
• Capturing price claims
• Daily reports Shoprite/ Spar etc.
• Uploading of claims.
• Journals
• Metrofile stats
• Capturing payments
• Assisting credit controllers - Western Cape
