Job Advert Summary    

• The Clerk: Driver Reconciliations is required to reconcile all driver documentation and deposits received at the close of business and ensure the accurate capturing of that data in to the Clover ERM system.                                                                   

 Requirements

• Matric.
• 2 -3 Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
• Business English: Fluent 
• Computer literacy (Advanced)  
• Availability to Work shifts/weekends/public holidays.

• Proactive and deadline driven.
• Strong Administrative capabilities. 
• Communicates effectively.
• Must be a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Reconcile documentation and capture data.
• Reconcile Driver delivery documentation.
• Reconcile agent generated documents.
• Check and control reconciled invoices.
• Follow up on queries and action accordingly.
• Ensure allocated Driver reconciliations are captured.
• Report on deviations timeosly.
