Job Description

• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Receiving) within the Trade Division at Bethal, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary:

• This role involves performing administrative and stock control tasks related to the receiving of goods.
• The Clerk (Receiving) is responsible for checking and labelling incoming stock, handling claims and repairs, assisting with stock takes, and ordering goods to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Perform general administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
• Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
• Label stock appropriately for identification and tracking
• Manage claims and coordinate repairs for damaged or incorrect items
• Assist with regular and ad-hoc stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
• Place orders for goods as needed to ensure stock availability
• Support banking activities and petty cash handling
• Facilitate branch transfers of stock (incoming and outgoing)
• Compile and maintain accurate reports related to stock and operations
• Monitor and resolve issues related to negative stock balances
• Assist with job card processing and documentation
• Load EFTs and ensure proper financial documentation

• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated individual
