Job Description

• In this role you are responsible for route delivery documentation, load creation, settling and reconciling loads according to company standards.
• Processing all relevant info for deliveries accurately and timeously and ensuring that Drivers settle their deliveries.
• To protect the company assets of cash and stocks
• To render a support service to Sales, Warehouse and Distribution to ensure accurate delivery to and invoicing of customers.
• Route settlement & data capturing
• Load creation, capture donations, reconcile ullages
• Deal with customer queries both internal and external
• Recon and process accounting data for mobile payments (Vredendal)
• Owner driver assistance
• SHEQ responsibilities 

Skills, Experience & Education

• Minimum of Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 Year admin experience in FMCG environment preferred
• MS Office proficiency
