Grade 12. Computer literacy (MS Office). Skills/Competence/Knowledgeability to handle conflict. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Applicants must be self-motivated. Good customer skills. Applicants should be prepared to undergo medical surveillance as an inherent job requirement.
Duties :
To ensure all complaints are correctly captured manually and electronically with outcomes. To ensure that patient’s ability to voice their perception options /experience about the health establishment is practiced. To champion the safe keeping of all documents related to complaints and patient safety incidents, including patients’ clinical records.
To assist with the meetings relating to complaints (DPOS) and Patient Experience of Care Survey (PEC) including minute writing. Ability to handle and solve complaints. Adhere to workplace policies and procedures and adhere to reporting timelines. Be up to date with the activities, services, and areas within the hospital to be able to direct customers.
Be willing to undergo continuous training and development programs as required. Attend meetings and training as approved by supervisor. Comply with the Performance Management and Development System (Annual contracting, Mid-year revie and final assessment)
