JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE

Client Insight Analyst will offer support to the Consumer Health Care Team and work closely with the Key Accounts Managers and the Client Service Manager to provide insights to the Consumer Health Clients.

The Client Insight Manager must have the skill to build strong relationships, must be very analytical and detail orientated. The individual must be able to adapt easily to new situations, a creative thinker and focused on problem solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with the internal team to ensure the ongoing enhancement of audits

• Ensure the customization of reports to meet client requirements

• Working closely with the Client Service Manager to ensure that missing information that will affect the quality of reports are updated

• Ensure the automation of reports to speed up the turnaround time to both internal and external client

• Assisting with the investigation of complex queries to provide timeous feedback to both the internal and external client

• Provide support to the Consumer Health Care Team where needed

• Set up of presentations for Consumer Health clients to provide insights

• With work from home (COVID) one weekly catch up calls per client to keep abreast with requirements

• Assist with ongoing analytics, adhoc category overviews, deep dives, data pulls and monthly reports

• Extractions of data for clients

• Analyzing data and providing data insights to internal and external client

• Preparation of Annual, Bi-Annual, Monthly and Quarterly reviews to clients according to briefs received

• Accompany the Key Accounts Manager to clients when these presentations need to be delivered to the team & available for onsite meetings with consumer clients

• Set up of adhocs for clients

• Provide Executive Summaries to Consumer Healthcare clients

• Set up a monthly feedback report that we can share with the Consumer Healthcare Clients

• Assists with any additional task to ensure we reach transition and deliver an equivalent offering to our clients
