Job Purpose    

• To coordinate the execution of special assignments aimed at improving the HR Systems operations through the provision of training, identifying with opportunities to realign operations and layout and implementation initiatives, supporting line functions to investigate approaches and corrective measures to resolve inefficiencies / discrepancies.

This post reports to MANAGER (e-HR)
Key Responsibility Areas    

• Improves understanding and knowledge of applications and procedures.
• Evaluates functional performance areas identified and implements improved methods.
• Supports line function with the execution of specific queries and investigative applications.
• Co-ordinates investigative and analytical procedures to determine operational effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
• Executes applications associated with the preparation and submission of reports and maintains records/ information.

Essential Requirements    

• Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. Diploma or Degree.
• Valid motor vehicle drivers license (Code B).
• 3 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements    

• Relevant post graduate qualification.
• 4 Years relevant experience in a Human Resources Information Systems environment.
