We are looking for a client service administrator to join our close-knit team, based full-time in Umhlanga, KZN. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the SME client experience in relation to the scheduling of their meetings, meeting preparation, and all related administration and client communication.
This role requires someone to be an excellent administrator with strong co-ordination skills, as well as exceptional communication skills (electronically and verbally). This individual will be comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
Additional skills include:
The successful candidate will have at least a matric qualification (tertiary qualification preferred) and 3 years work experience in a related role (e.g. scheduling and/or customer service facing).
