• Job Details: Eco Time has an exciting opportunity for a Time and Attendance Client service Consultant in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

• Min of 3 – 5 year’s Software Support and Client Service experience.
• Grade12 with 60% in Mathematics
• 3 Year IT related diploma or degree
• Own reliable vehicle

• SQL knowledge will be beneficial
• Project management experience will be beneficial
• Own Reliable Motor Vehicle is a necessity
• Must be able to work well in a team 
• Self-starter with excellent time management 

Responsibilities

• Telephonic and Remote Software and hardware support
• Remote and online software implementation and project implementation of small to Large customers. 
• Client software training and assistance
• Configuration and maintenance of complex customer requirements
• Collaborate and work with other team members to ensure the best solution is implemented for the customer. 
• Accurate customer requirement analysis to deliver the best solutions to customers at all times
• Maintain customer’s systems, relationships and deliver excellent remote or onsite customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
