Clinical Psychologist, East London at Sheldon Recruitment

• Our client has a vacancy for a Clinical Psychologist, on a permanent basis, based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria:

• Master's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Clinical Psychology
• Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Clinical Psychologist
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, intervention, and report writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, compassionate, and ethical approach to client care
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to collaborative practice

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Conduct psychological assessments and formulate appropriate treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals across diverse populations
• Compile professional psychological reports and maintain accurate clinical records
• Deliver ethical, client-centred psychological services in accordance with HPCSA guidelines
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment where required
