Clinical Support representative 1 at Smith+Nephew

What will you be doing?

The role forms part of the Advanced Wound Care Division and is responsible for working very closely with the Private Sales Reps to ensure that target is achieved each Period. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager responsible for the allocated territory.

What will you need to be successful?

• Experience in signing up new PNP’s and prepare all documentation related to the signing up process.
• Submitting accurate expense claims, in line with Compliance requirements, by the required monthly deadline.
• Training Private Nurse Practitioners in the area on NPWT Product Portfolio.
• Maintaining product knowledge by ensuring that a minimum pass rate of 85% is achieved for all product knowledge tests, and that product knowledge is supplemented by self-study initiatives.
• Maintaining all training and detailing material in a presentable condition.
• Provides a link between the Market Access Department, the PNP, Doctors and or hospitals

Successful candidates would need the following

• Valid Driver’s License and own Vehicle
• Registered Nurse Qualification
• Previous nursing experience would be advantageous.
• Previous clinical and sales experience
• Knowledge of the medical wound care industry
• Strong Administrative Skills
