Introduction

• We are looking for an Accounting Team Leader to take charge of an Accounting Team in Pretoria. The organisation is market-leading, and extremely fast-growing, in the Cloud Accounting space. They focus on SME clients and pride themselves on delivering a tailor-made product basket of accounting services. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4 to 5 trainees.
• Oversight and review of work prepared for clients.
• Client liaison with respect to monthly accounting services.

Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

• Eligible / Registered CA(SA); CGMA; PA(SA) ; AGA(SA)
• 1 to 3 years Post Articles Experience.
• Experience within a XERO Cloud Accounting environment would be preferred
• Previous experience leading and managing an accounting or auditing team.
• Loves working with clients, and trainees, and going the extra mile
