Cloud Engineer: Voice at Liquid Intelligent Technologies

The Cloud Engineer will be evaluated based on their ability to:

• Solution Deployment & Implementation – Efficiently deploy, configure, and integrate cloud solutions as per design specifications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Technical Expertise – Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, and services, ensuring seamless implementation and troubleshooting of deployed solutions.
• Customer Engagement & Support – Provide exceptional technical support with a customer-centric approach, addressing queries and issues with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Teamwork – Work effectively within a project team, coordinating with Cloud Solution Architects, the Service Delivery Manager, and the Cloud Projects Manager to ensure successful project execution.
• Process Adherence & Documentation – Follow established deployment methodologies, maintain detailed documentation of implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• End-to-End Involvement – Actively participate throughout the customer engagement lifecycle, from initial scoping and assessments to project delivery and, when required, ongoing support and maintenance.
• Quality & Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in configuration, security compliance, and performance optimisation, minimising risks and service disruptions.

Requirements
Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Microsoft Teams Admin Associate - Essential
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate
• AWS Cloud Practitioner - Desirable
• Degree in IT or Engineering related field and Post-Graduate - Desirable
• Industry certification e.g. Cisco (CCNP, CCDP, and above), Microsoft (Cloud), CECP(MEF) or similar. 

Preferred Experience

• Supporting Cloud-based infrastructure (SaaS, IaasS, PaaS, UCaaS)
• Proven experience with Microsoft and/or AWS cloud services, Microsoft Windows and Office 365
• Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems
• Extensive track record of service delivery for customers
• Great communications skills
• In-depth knowledge of various IT and/or telecoms technology architecture domains and convergence.
