Club-V Attendant at Virgin Active South Africa

Job Description:

• The Club V Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests of the club. This individual will assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons and ensure that all club activities run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome club members and guests
• Enforce club rules and regulations in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with setting up and organizing club activities, events, and programs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of club facilities, including equipment and supplies
• Assist with monitoring member checkins and ensuring all members have a positive experience
• Respond to member inquiries and provide information on club services and amenities
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with other club staff members to ensure a positive and cohesive team environment

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience working in a customerfacing role preferred, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of fitness and wellness programs is a plus
