    Club V Manager - Sunningdale

    Job description

    Your Duties and Responsibilities...

    • To at all times do your bit towards achieving our purpose to Inspire people to live an active life, this is achieved by believing and living our values through all we do, always innovating, inspiring people, have fun and do the right thing.
    • Management of the financial and administration related aspects of Club-V Max
    • Management of Human Resources to achieve company objectives.
    • Management and effective organisation of all Club-V staff, fitness activities and projects.
    • Maintain a quality Club-V programme (ie. effective implementation and supervision of the delivery of all Club-V activity programmes) and facility (including the operation of all equipment)
    • Deliver superior member service (to both parents and children)
    • Promotion of the Club-V Max offering to both members and other VA employees.
    • Monitor and manage the performance of Club-V Coaches, as well as sell Club-V
    • memberships in order to assist in achieving the club’s set Club-V monthly budget and sales goals; includes the completing of all relevant administrative procedures as required by the company.

    Minimum requirements

    We can't live without...

    • Matric qualification essential
    • A recognized fitness qualification as a minimum (a recognized children’s fitness qualification is preferable)
    • 1-2 years’ experience in working in a child care environment
    • 1-2 years’ experience in managing people
    • Minimum of 6 months experience as an HOD is preferable
    • Must have a clear criminal record and be able to provide proof thereof
    • Must have a first aid and AED qualification, with the ability to administer CPR
    • Knowledge of Fitness and Group Programming Principles and Systems for Children
    • Knowledge of Child-Education Principles and Systems
    • Ability to conduct group fitness classes for kids
    • Must be able work shifts, which includes weekends and public holidays
    • Computer literacy
    • Dynamic with strong leadership skills
    • Assertive yet professional interpersonal skills in order to deliver exceptional member service when dealing with children and parents in Club-V Max
    • Affinity to working with children of all ages while displaying good listening skills
    • High energy level whilst working in a pressured environment with children and parents alike
    • Ability to promote and effectively sell the Club-V product
