CNC Operator

Responsibilities:
- Follow company rules, PPE requirements, and 5S principles. Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and multi-axis centers
- Execute production to specifications, ensuring quality and meeting targets.
- Improve machine efficiency and set first-off pieces for new jobs.
- lag quality issues and support process improvements.
- Track jobs and meet output requirements.
Education and Experience :
- Matric with Mathematics (essential).
- 2+ years in CNC machining; knowledge of Fanuc and Mazatrol (essential).
- Basic programming skills; overhead crane license (advantageous).
- Familiar with Lean and 5S principles.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts/overtime and eager to learn.
Additional Information
- Proficient in CNC programming, drawing interpretation, and calculations.
- Quality-driven, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
