Main Purpose Of The Role

Co-ordinating Sales
- Receipt and Process of orders on SAP
- Weekly back order lists sent to client on stock availability and constraints
- Stock sourcing from depots and warehouses to fulfil orders- Liase with CSR Manager
- Credit queries, returns and pricing
- Coordinate with CSR Manager re stock allocation based on sales orders versus forecast
- Keep back orders up to date on SAP – communicate with client re past orders to confirm viability
- Support to commercial manager for client queries
- Ensure order dates are correct in SAP for OTIF purposes
- Check CSM report and shipping report for stock upates
- Attend bi weekly CSM meetings
