Co-Ordinator Functions & Events at MultiChoice

Purpose of the Position

• The role is responsible for designing, implementing and coordinating cost effective events that will support MultiChoice Customer Care in achieving its objectives

Key Performance Objectives/Tasks

• Event Planning & Execution
• Plan & Manage Customer Events
• Identify opportunities, for leads generation
• Assist in the planning and execution of high impact relevant events that resonate with our targeted consumers, allowing them to experience the rich positive attributes of being a customer care agent
• Assist in the management of all Customer Care elements of all events ensuring that the support creates the right attitude, reaches the targets set, calendar-based events to keep high energy at work and overall, each event is delivered with the right brand ambience and flawless execution
• Coordinate all events/event elements on Site
• Ensure timely execution of Event Projects

Marketing Campaign & Brand Management

• Assist in the measurement of the impact of each activity
• Work closely with the Customer Care managers and Team Leaders for building and strengthening the working environment across the department
• Execute marketing initiatives and activities

Relationship Management

• Manage show/event vendor relationship
• Ensure On time delivery of Assigned Projects with alignment from all Internal stakeholders
• Provide support to the various channels within the region

Qualifications

• A university degree in Marketing/Sales or communication or any relevant bachelor’s degree

Experience

• At least 3 years previous Events management experience
