    Role Overview:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Cold Call & Client Engagement Specialist to work alongside our Business Development Manager. Your primary focus will be to secure appointments with prospective clients and play a pivotal role in expanding our agency's client base.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively contact prospective clients (Marketing Directors, CEOs, and Brand Managers) over the phone.
    • Secure high-quality appointments for the Business Development Manager.
    • Manage and update leads and activity tracking using Pipedrive CRM.
    • Generate and send marketing reports to potential clients, such as SEO and website performance insights.
    • Identify business opportunities by targeting the right businesses at the right time.
    • Follow up on leads and marketing reports to secure meetings.
    • Ensure professional, fluent, and engaging communication in both Afrikaans and English.

    Skills & Experience Required:

    • Exceptional telephone communication skills.
    • Previous call centre experience with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs (experience with Pipedrive preferred).
    • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
    • Professional, persuasive, and confident demeanour when engaging with decision-makers.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
