Successful incumbent will have a completed Matric,
Minimum of 3 years in managing a team plus 3 years in Accounts Receivables (Debtors) / Collections.
KPI's include:
Staff management of 10-13 staff; determining monthly collection targets; determining monthly bad debt provisions; perform monthly debtors control accounts recons; managing the ange analysis and collection process; attend to all management queries and problems; manage debtors book; compile reports; staff management and development etc. Solid Excel skills essential. Would suit a candidate from the Security, FMCG, Freight Forwarding, Manufacturing, Labour and/or Direct Labour Sectors.
