Commercial Manager - JHB at Vodafone Global Enterprise

Your responsibilities will include

• Commercial management of key accounts to track profitability per customer.
• Account management of key accounts to ensure trust, delivery and successful relationships.
• Client activist to proactively represent, identify and solve any client requirements or issues.
• Develop and present customer proposals including financials.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and keep updated in CRM
• Develop business cases as well as track and analyse existing business cases per client.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the customer business in order to best satisfy their needs
• Acquire research and source data from the market to analyse and provide feedback to executives based on competitive and customer trends.
• Proactively engage the business, customers and the market as a whole to identify and present innovative commercial ideas
