A strategic opportunity is available for a commercially driven leader to oversee and optimise retail performance across multiple channels. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving margins, and executing data-driven commercial strategies, while aligning sales, marketing, and operational functions in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA advantageous)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior commercial, sales, or retail leadership role
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and commercial performance
Strong experience in retail environments, including pricing, promotions, and category management
Solid understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience with ERP, CRM, and analytics systems (SAP advantageous)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
