Candidate will join Commercial Property Finance (CPF) team in Cape Town as Product Sales Consultant. Will structure commercial and residential financial solutions to enable Commercial Property Finance (CPF) to deliver quality and sustainability in selected property market transactions .Will ensuring that existing CPF clients are maintained and consequently that relationship based business potential is optimised by ensuring that maximum profitability/ return is derived for CPF. Suited to candidate with Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Property Management, Finance/ Commerce ,B Sc Properties Studies plus 3 years’ experience within the Property finance markets either as a Financier, Product expert or in CPF Credit. Income statement and Balance sheet analysis skills needed
