Job Purpose 

The Construction Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. This role involves assessing hazards, determining risks, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining a safety program.

Key Requirements:

•  Ability to manage staff effectively.
•  Fitout experience
•  Physical fitness.
•  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•  PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
•  Skills in supervision, process improvement, planning, performance management, inventory control, leadership, detail orientation, risk management, negotiation, cost control, critical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills, and technical skills.
