Construction Manager/Site Agent - Construction Industry
RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established and leading building contractor in Cape Town is seeking to appoint a qualified Construction Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering top-quality projects on time and within budget. This opportunity offers excellent room for growth and exposure to the construction industry.
Requirements:
National Diploma in Building/BTech degree in Construction Management or similar
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading on-site execution of a variety of projects such as painting, roofing, waterproofing, and maintenance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while guiding and managing site staff in order to deliver top-quality projects on time and within budget
Possess technical skills across multiple disciplines
Strong leadership and communication skills with excellent problem solving skills
Professional and presentable with the ability to build strong client relationships
Valid driver’s license
Benefits:
Salary: R360K – R300K basic salary, excluding company benefits
