Construction Project Manager at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the management of various FIDIC construction contracts (excluding contract administration).
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in alignment with scope, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Provide technical oversight on key project components, including dredging, reclamation, quay walls, aprons, terminal yards, and buildings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Port, Civil, or Coastal Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to port construction projects.
• Proven track record of implementing port projects successfully.

Specific expertise in large-scale (above EUR 15m) marine infrastructure projects, with a preference for:

• Port development and maritime works.
• Dredging and reclamation.
• Transport logistics platforms within ports.
• Strong familiarity with FIDIC General Conditions of Contract.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project.
• Fluent in English; exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• PrEng accreditation will be highly advantageous.
