Job Description

• Client/Customer: Provide sound consulting services and recommendations based on customer and client needs, current information, risk and impact assessments and trends analyses. | Client/Customer: Provide support and contribute to a culture of customer service excellence that meets and exceeds exceptional service. | Client/Customer: Build relationship with customers that contribute to a culture of customer service excellence. | Process: Provide business support through subject matter knowledge and work area experience to enhance operational service delivery and quality. | Process: Collate information, conduct analysis, compile reports and share results for the purpose of improving business processes. | Process: Collate and gather information to identify business issues and opportunities to improve current operations. | Process: Adhere to and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and guidelines within the area of accountability. | Learning and Growth: Support and contribute to the successful implementation of change initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
