Consultant, Fleet Maintenance at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To log and process fleet maintenance (e.g. vehicles and all other asset classes) quality authorisations, by diagnosing technical reports submitted by customers, dealers and franchise centres.
• To engage with customers and merchants by negotiating and making sound recommendations regarding repair work methods and providing the various options available.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Completed secondary school/high school/A levels/Matric
• Qualified motor trade certificate or certificates of competence within the motor trade workshop
• Motor manufacturer approved technical certificates indicating component and experience obtained

Experience Required

• 1-2 years Previous experience at a franchise dealership or reputable retail workshop facility as a service advisor or technician where technical skills are required
