Job Description

Main Responsibilities of the Job

• Support the implementation of strategy of the Service Line / Business Area in relation to specific area of expertise
• Implement the strategy within area of responsibility by conforming to plans set by leadership in all engagements / projects
• You will have the opportunity and/or option to be involved in various areas of the supply chain advisory division which include: 

1. Strategic sourcing, PMO and CPO labs
2. ESG, ESD, Supply Chain Strategy
3. Warehousing, distribution, logistics and synchronised planning

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, Engineering or Information Systems
• 3-7 years’ working experience
• Previous experience in a supply chain / logistics industry preferably in Consumer or TMT

Core Consulting Skills in physical Supply Chain in 3 or more of the following areas

Network Optimisation

• Supply chain Planning
• Integrated Planning
• Inventory Management
• SC Financial Planning
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• 3PL/4PL selection and implementation
• Network Optimization & Tech enablement
• Control Tower (End-to-end Visibility)
• Synchronised Planning & Smart Factory
• Robotics & Cognitive Automation
• Intelligent Supply & Dynamic Fulfilment
• Direct to Consumer Market Entry logistics strategy

Affinity to software and technology

• Advanced MS Office skill (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access, Power BI)
• Certification/experience in  one or more supply chain planning/logistics software tools (Anaplan, Manhattan, SAP IBP, Aera, Blue Yonder, Llamasoft, Kinaxis etc )
• Working exposure to project/delivery management approaches (Waterfall, Agile);
