    Content Manager

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Investo product content to enable self-service and training of various stakeholders. This will ensure that consultants, advisers and client services have the appropriate knowledge of the Investo products, our processes and various self-service capabilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS

    • Translate technical product content into appropriate training material in collaboration with the various Training departments.
    • Develop and maintain information on product, process, and self-service functionalities for the various audiences. This will include technical guides and marketing and awareness communications.
    • Design Training material on Investo’s various self-service functionalities.
    • Collaborate with the various subject matter experts to develop process training material.
    • Ensure that the training facilitators have the appropriate understanding of the training material.
    • Facilitate the design of appropriate assessments.
    • Develop and maintain user guides of the various self-service functionalities.
    • Develop and maintain Frequently Asked Questions documents for digital consumption.
    • Ensure ongoing training and evaluation of knowledge levels using innovative techniques to deliver the content and monitor the knowledge improvement.
    • Ensuring effective and consistent service delivery and support to both internal and external clients in line with the Company Values and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • BCom degree with Maths/Stats/Economics will be an advantage.
    • Investo product knowledge will be an advantage.
    • Marketing qualification would be an advantage
    • Experience in content development and content management.
    • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the Life Insurance and Financial Services sector.
    • Proficiency in insurance/investment products, contracts and knowledge of the relevant industry legislation and relevant industry agreements are essential
    • Experience in digital delivery of marketing and training content.
    • Training experience will be an advantage
