To identify and deliver service improvement activities across the business by employing process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking
Active collaboration with key business stakeholders, cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams, ‘LEAN champions’ to build a continuous improvement culture to support an ongoing sustainable change agenda
Lead and facilitate LEAN/process-improvement workshops to develop ideas and solutions and pursue ‘best practice’ in service of our customers and consumers
Support the elimination of unnecessary complexity and waste within business processes to simplify ways of working and operations
Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system
Active participation in the development and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy focused on developing people-capabilities
You bring:
Passion, self-motivation, discipline and drive for results
Teamwork & collaboration, people development, highly skilled level verbal and written communication
Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, TPM, TRACC/WCM
MBA or Master’s Degree NQF plus Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification
Project Management – certification desired
Minimum 5-7 years successful continuous improvement experience, including project management within the value chain operations
