Contract Logistics Business Process Excellence Professional
We are looking for a Contract Logistics BPE Engineer for our Cape Town Branch,
You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements within our warehouse operations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with warehouse managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline processes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within warehouse operations.
Develop and implement process improvement plans that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with warehouse managers and supervisors to ensure processes are optimized for efficiency and productivity.
Develop and implement performance metrics to track the success of process improvement initiatives.
Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements are integrated across the organization.
Continuously monitor and evaluate warehouse processes to ensure ongoing optimization.
Be compliance with any CEVA Business Rules and Core Values.
Perform other duties as required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in warehouse operations or business process improvement.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, contract logistics, and industry trends and best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements by using data-driven methods.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, both domestically and internationally
