Go-to person for all matters related to the success of CrewBloom’s contractors
Build, maintain, and strengthen working relationships with all active contractors
Develop and execute strategies to drive contractor performance. Execute frequent check-ins to ensure contractor happiness
Drive professional growth and development through compensation enhancements, performance-based compensation opportunities, and promotions
Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure KPIs are exceeded
Act as a trusted advisor to contractors on all systems and processes

Execute Contractor onboarding process
Tasks include contractor meet and greet, Client Interviews, systems prep, and training
Engage in regular communication with all contractors. Schedule and execute Monthly Contractor Calls. Consult contractors on performance enhancement strategies based on daily report submissions
Prepare reports for the leadership team surrounding contractor wellness/performance
Work closely with and communicate regularly to the Recruitment team surrounding contractor strengths and areas for improvement
Oversee and execute Performance Improvement Plans
Work closely with the Human Resources team surrounding escalations, outages, and Performance Improvement Plans. Respond to contractor inquiries in a timely manner
Troubleshoot escalations to ensure resolutions are achieved. Send Contractor satisfaction surveys and execute process enhancements that align to feedback submitted
Required Skills and Experience
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Operations
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Demonstrate ability to engage with and effectively communicate. Demonstrate the ability to act as a fair, neutral, team-player. Experience with CRM software
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
