    Contracts Administrator

    Job Description

    • The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for verifying and vetting incoming contracts and KYC (Know Your Customer) information.
    • They will facilitate the activation and registration of vendors upon completion of the contract approval process and assist with Android App registrations and vetting.
    • Additionally, the role includes following up on inactive Kazang Pay merchants when required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor the Contracts queue on Freshdesk.
    • Ensure contracts are correctly tagged and completed.
    • Verify that all necessary KYC documents are attached.
    • Conduct external checks to validate vendor KYC details.
    • Capture contracts where necessary.
    • Activate and register vendors upon approval.
    • Coordinate tasks required for vendor onboarding, including branding.
    • Process and verify FICA registrations for webstore and Android App users.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education:

    • Matric (Grade 12)

    Experience:

    • Knowledge of the Kazang vending business
    • Administrative experience

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

    Competencies:

    • Understanding of KYC and FICA processes
