A National Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant qualification.
Six (6) years post qualification technical (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) experience. Compulsory registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineering Technician.
The disclosure of a valid unexpired driver’s license. Proven experience in Project Management, Technical design and Analytical skills.
DUTIES :
Monitor electrical / electronic services to the Government Water Schemes and Water Users Associations.
Manage administrative and related functions e.g. Monitor the implementation of Capital and Operational funded projects through conducting site inspections, site meetings, compilation and submission of progress reports. Familiarity with PLC and SCADA systems.
Research and development of technologies to enhance electrical / electronic designs and existing operations.
