Job Summary:
Hayes Incorporated in Cape Town has a permanent position available for a Conveyancer with at least five years' post-admission experience in transfers and property development.
Salary structure to be negotiated depending on experience level. We require a Senior Conveyancer to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements
- Admitted as Attorney
- Admitted as Conveyancer
- Minimum of at least 5 years' post-admission experience required
- Experience transfers and property development
- Sound knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills
