Coordinator: Mhr Lvl1 at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Provide MHR placement services to clients
• Placement administration of panel members

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/ Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• MS Office (e.g. Excel -v look up, pivot tables, filters etc. Word - letters) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS)
• Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
• Relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
