    CopSenior SEO Manager

    Job Description

    Reporting to a Senior Director, you will create impact within our global SEO capability We take pride in our achievements and clients setting us apart in the industry.

    You'll contribute as a Senior SEO Manager by leading high impact organic search strategies on behalf of our clients, fulfilling agreed objectives, working within budget and achieving goals. From strategy development to technical analysis, content optimisation to competitor monitoring; our SEO team is dynamic and an authority within our field. There is an expectation that the Senior SEO Manager will take the lead, along with other senior team members, to provide expertise, best practice approach, innovation and guidance at a campaign and departmental level.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Lead in the development of SEO strategies addressing the objectives of clients
    • Produce comprehensive technical SEO analysis of client websites/assets to help develop clear, actionable optimisation roadmaps
    • Onsite content audits to identify how client content is optimised to perform better within the organic SERPs
    • Develop white-hat link earning and amplification strategies geared toward building brand awareness across the web while strengthening organic ranking signals
    • Ensure that audits, research and landscape investigations are utilised to implement insight-driven strategies
    • Provide an level of reporting which includes detailed insights, actionable next steps and which tie-back to overarching business objectives
    • Attend campaign meetings (internal and client-facing) and positioning yourself as one of the team
    • Work with internal Jellyfish staff to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns. This will involve partnering with lead practitioners from the Social, Content, Paid Media, Display, Creative, Development and UX teams
    • Work with Client Services and Project Management teams to stay on budget and within agreed timeframes

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in industry software & tools such as Screaming Frog, SemRush, Majestic, AHREFS, BuzzSumo, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
    • Demonstrate expertise of working within social media and impeccable knowledge of monitoring and metrics
    • 5+ years of experience of SEO and digital marketing experience
    • Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides
    • Can conceptualise and implement unique ideas
    • Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
    • Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
    • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
    • Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
