Helps craft UL’s digital communications strategy and works cross-functionally to maximize the use of new media to promote the brand.
Promotes visibility of UL to target audiences through social media, blogging, microblogging, e-newsletters and other digital vehicles.
Monitors the social community and actively participates in online conversations to continuously position UL.
Develops timely, fresh content for targeted websites and other traditional collateral as needed.
Works with the web analytics team to measure the effectiveness of UL’s online social marketing and digital programs intended to drive brand awareness and positioning, as well as to increase sales.
Regularly stays abreast of organizational and external trends to prioritize which conversations to engage in and to contribute in an impactful, relevant manner.
Ability to work with Print, Digital and Web based campaigns.
Ability to make copy and other advertising design recommendations.
Performs other duties as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Advertising
3+ years' of marketing or copywriting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Be visually strong, ensuring copy and layout have good cohesion
