They are looking for a dedicated Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team of highly successful individuals. This person will be responsible for performing in-depth industry, company, transaction and technical research, completing tailored valuation models for the specific transaction, drafting of documentation, implementing transactions, etc.

Education:

• Ideally newly qualified CA(SA)
• Alternative qualifications include: Relevant (Finance / Business) BCom, LLB, BSc or BEng
• CFA qualification will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• At least 3 – 5 years’ experience within Corporate Finance or a similar role
• Advanced Excel Modelling experience
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
• Solid experience of transactions from A-Z
